Ms. Gabrielle Tordi
Band Director
Ms. Tordi is incredibly honored to serve as the Davidson Middle School Panther Band Director. She has been teaching at DMS since August of 2022.
Ms. Tordi received her Bachelor of Music in Music Education (2019) and Master of Music in Instrumental Conducting and Clarinet Performance (2021) from the University of Florida. During her undergraduate and graduate studies, she performed in the UF Wind Symphony, Clarinet Ensemble, Symphony Orchestra, and Gator Marching Band, as well various chamber groups. Ms. Tordi served as a Graduate Assistant with the UF Gator Band, concert ensembles, and the undergraduate conducting courses. Additionally, she works as a regular clinician with several middle and high schools throughout central Florida. She has performed with the New World Symphony Orchestra, at Carnegie Hall, and most recently, at the Festival des Anches d'Azur in La Croix-Valmer and in Paris, France with the UF Wind Symphony. Ms. Tordi’s professional affiliations include the National Association for Music Education, Sigma Alpha Iota Women’s Music Fraternity, and Kappa Kappa Psi.

Ms. Pamela Parker Myers
Band Office Assistant
Mrs. Pamela Parker Myers is a Crestview native, and music has been her lifelong avocation. She is a graduate of Crestview High School where the Big Red Machine and the CHS Chorus provided rich opportunities to improve her musical skills. She holds Bachelors and Masters degrees in Risk Management and Insurance from Florida State University and Georgia State University, respectively. While attending FSU she was a proud member of the Marching Chiefs and the University Chorus. She has served as pianist at churches in Tallahassee, Tampa, Atlanta, and Crestview.
She began her insurance career in the Tampa corporate world as a property and casualty underwriter. Since returning to Crestview in 1991 and joining her family’s insurance business, she has been active in the music ministry at First United Methodist Church of Crestview. She has also volunteered as accompanist at various local area schools over the years.
Mrs. Myers retired from a rewarding thirty year insurance career in 2017. Along the way, she obtained a Florida Teaching Certificate. Since 2018 she has greatly enjoyed her work as a teacher and a teaching assistant at Davidson Middle School. She feels extremely thankful to be working along with the amazing team of educators at DMS as they help students learn and prepare for the future.
